Frequently asked questions
Are you the concreting contractor?
No. This website is a referral service. A responding provider is responsible for inspecting, quoting and contracting for the work.
Do you cover both Albury and Wodonga?
Yes, quote requests can be made for both cities and nearby communities, subject to provider availability and the job scope.
Does a driveway need council approval?
It can. New or altered vehicle crossings and work in the road reserve may require approval. AlburyCity and Wodonga Council use different processes, so check the property and proposed work.
What should I include in a quote request?
Provide the suburb, approximate dimensions, existing surface, access, intended use, preferred finish and any known plans, easements or drainage constraints.
Can I request exposed aggregate?
Yes. Describe the area and preferred appearance. The quote should separate the decorative finish from base preparation, reinforcement, drainage and public crossover requirements.
Is a polished floor suitable for every slab?
No. Existing slab condition, repairs, cracks, hardness and aggregate distribution affect what can be achieved. Suitability should be assessed before a finish is promised.
